We are Colleen, Lorna and Hannah and we’re on the hunt for a new housemate as ours is sadly moving out in June. We’re looking for a female in her late twenties / early thirties (we are all between 31 and 33) who is friendly, clean and down to hang out but equally has their own things going on.

Location
The house is located just off Ashley Down Road and is a 5-10 minute walk away from Gloucester Road. We have great bus links and also benefit from Ashley Down station being at the bottom of our road.

The room
The bedroom available is on the ground floor of the house and has a downstairs toilet next door to it. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. The room is currently painted white, but feel free to decorate how you want!

Rest of the house
The house is arranged over three floors. The first floor has your bedroom, a toilet, a communal kitchen and a garden (which is a real sun trap!). The second floor has a bedroom and a shared lounge. The third floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath which would be shared with Lorna and Colleen (Hannah has an en-suite).

Rent, bills and deposit
We are on a joint tenancy and your portion of the rent would be £528.75 PCM. You would also need to pay a deposit of £250 (held in DPS). Bills come out to roughly £125 per month.

About us
Hannah has lived here since 2020 and currently works in a local pre-school. She is starting a social work role in July. She likes going out for dinner, drinks, watching horror films and rubbish tv, and is always down for a DMC.

Colleen has been here since 2021 and is originally from America. She loves going out for dinner and drinks, having a boogie, and stays busy with run club and salsa, but also loves to have a chill one in chatting or watching rubbish tv.

Lorna is the newest addition, having moved in Sep 2025. She loves anything crafty (especially sewing!), getting outside for long walks, nature, a spontaneous night out and equally a cosy night on the sofa with the candles on and some trash tv.

House vibes are nice and relaxed. We love to have a natter, cook a dinner together every now and again or head out to the local pub quiz :)
