The room to rent

We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy for an unfurnished single bedroom within our 4 person house-share in Bishopston. The house is perfect for a young professional working in Bristol, is a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road, and has easy access to both Bristol City Centre and Filton/Bristol Parkway Station.

The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, a living room with TV, a large kitchen and a good sized garden. All bills are independently sorted by us, and bills + council tax is approximately £120 per month. This is the only single room in the property, so we have agreed to scale the rent to reflect this. The room itself is unfurnished, but the other three tenants have furnished the rest of the house.

The other 3 tenants are all young professionals in their mid-20s working in Bristol City Centre. We are all good friends and looking for a friendly housemate to take over the spare room. Currently 2 men and 1 woman, so we are preferably looking for another woman but are open to anyone who is a good fit for the house.

The property is council tax band C.
