My friend is moving out of our flat this summer and I’m looking for another roomie. Young professionals ideally, students could be okay however you would need to have an income (this is what I did previously).
This is the BS7 area in a safe gated residential square just off of Gloucester road, a large double room with built in wardrobes/full scale mirrors and en-suite bathroom, 2 parking spaces, open plan kitchen/living. Our current bills come to an average of £160. The photos don’t really do it justice on the size of the room! We can take more if required.
