One month short term let just off gloucester road

Hiya!

The room is available from July 10th- august 7th. Preferable to take the room for the full time, although can discuss this. My rent is £533 so I’m looking for £500, but not charging for bills.

It’s an upstairs room at the back of the house. I’m moving my stuff out so it will be quite sparse, but will have a double bed, chair and clothes rail for you to use.

I’m working in Wales from Tues-Thurs all month in a valley with no signal which is super inconvenient (but maybe fun!!). I’ll have signal again on Thurs eve this week.

I’m looking to organise viewings anytime on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th if you can do that? If so tell me what time and I’ll get back to you once I’m back in signal.

*About the house:*
- room is a small double at the back of the house, lovely view of greenery and nice and quiet!
- lots of parking on street outside
- bike storage in the garden

- area is very quiet with lots of trees
- 4 mins walk to shops and cafes of glouster road
- 10 minute walk to St Andrews park
- 6 minute cycle into centre of bristol
- 20 minute bus to temple Meads
- closest train stations are redland and montplier, both a 5 min drive or 15 min walk.

There are 3 other housemates, two male and one female. It's a chilled and friendly house, but because it's summer and we'll all be moving out in August everyone is quite here and there!

- no pets & room is single occupancy
