Single Room by Gloucester Rd

Hey everyone! Our current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we’re looking for a 3rd housemate to join our home starting this October.

The Room: Pretty specious upper floor medium room on the top floor with a nice view on the garden. It comes unfurnished, but if you need the furniture our current housemate is happy to make a nice deal.

The House: Shared floor with one of us (Emi - aveeery deep sleeper), a big communal kitchen with all the appliances, a cozy living room with tv and ps4 and lots of sunshine, a garden with a BBQ and a bike/tool shed. We’d love someone who would contribute to looking after it!
We have 2 cats living with us, so no new pets, sorry.

Us: We’re Emi (32, primary teacher) and Niall (climbing instructor/barista).
We’d love to find someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep! We like hanging out when we're free - playing video games, watching movies, cooking, We love hosting hosting summer barbecues and some gatherings - (however, would not describe us as a party house in the slightest :D). We both love hikes and road trips so if you’re into it we’d love you to join in!

We also respect that we all need our alone time. Emi is into painting, reading, some gym time. Niall is into climbing and video games as well as arts and crafts.

The money: rent £725 +bills (around £130)
