Room in 2/3 bed Terraced house in Bishopston

Hey, I'm looking for someone to take the place of my housemate who's moving in with her partner at the end of July. The house would be ideal for someone who works from home some of the time as there is a second room available to use as an office in addition to your bedroom, though ths could be used as storage or anything else you need.

The house is a 3 bed terrace with a garden, just off gloucester road, close to all the shops and ameitites that Bishopston has to offer. Though the house is a 3 bed, it's rented out as a 2 so that we've both got a bit more space. The house has one large bedroom upstairs and one down which is the one available currently (Formerly the front room). The house also has 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs which are currently used as space to work from home. The room/rooms to let are unfurnished but the communal spaces have my funature in them so the photos are an up to date representation of what you'd get moving in.

There is one shared bathroom a shared kitchen/ living room and a decent sized garden. There isn't a driveway but there is free on street parking. The price is inclusive of rent and all bills including internet.

I currently work from home 5 days a week so i'm in the house a lot, I'd love to have someone move in who's sociable, respectfull and easy going and who i generally get on well with. I'm an non smoker so would prefer annother none smoker, I'm open to someone with pets as long as the landlord gives the thumbs up (i think he will). I work in in video games, but I'm not much of a gamer these days. I enjoy all sorts of hobbies like Drawing, Pottery, Mountain Biking, Painting Miniatures, Hiking and Cooking and Camping so anyone who who's a bit outdoorsy or artsy would be a great fit.
