We are 3 young professionals looking for another to fill the 4th room.

- The house
We have 2 shared living rooms with 2 TVs, a very well equipped kitchen (double oven, induction hob, Quooker tap, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, rumba,…), patio area with shed and a downstairs toilet. Its council tax E

- The room
The room is fully furnished with a comfortable king sized bed (with under bed storage) including wardrobe and shelves. It has large windows, a skylight and a Juliet balcony. There is an en-suite with a full-sized bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.

- Around the area
The house is lovely and in a friendly area of Bristol, just off Gloucester Road. It’s close to lots of pubs, shops and the gym. There are great transport links to Filton or City Centre and also a 10 min walk to Ashley Down train station.

- The essentials
We are a clean and tidy house who all work 8-4s so we try to be quiet after 10pm ish.
You’ll find us having a quiet night in or at the pub for few. If you are interested, we would like to meet up before signing to get to know our potential new housemate!
