Double Room Gloucester Road (near arches)

Lovely light double room in a 4-bed flat on Gloucester Road. It’s in a great location, close to lots of pubs and shops, and near St Andrews Park. Although the flat is on Gloucester Road, the room is at the back of the house, so it’s quiet.

There is plenty of parking on the roads behind the flat, and it’s free. You don’t need a permit in this area.

The flat has 1 bathroom, a spacious and cosy living room, and a kitchen, plus all the amenities, such as a washing machine, etc.
It’s a really friendly and chilled flat. Everyone works 9-5, so it’s quite quiet during the week. However, we do enjoy going out on weekends.
There is a desk in the room if you want to work from home as well. .

* Amy (23): An artist who works in a cafe. She also DJs, enjoys yoga, and loves a good night out.

* Patryk (24): Works as an engineer. Loves going to gigs and rock climbing.

* Jack (24): A video game designer who enjoys going to the gym, gaming, and socialising.

Move in first of September but could be before. I have to move for a job so looking for a replacement.
