Double room available in a share house. In the house there are total 6 rooms, 6 tenants. This is a Victorian house, it means that size of rooms is large the house is located next to St Andrew Park, very nice area. There is a garden, one kitchen, three fridges, a laundry and a living room. The house is in three floors. The room available is on the top. There are three bathrooms. I accept only serious and friendly people with reference, no smoking and very important MUST collaborated with cleanings. The contract is min 6 months. One more month as deposit. (DPS) In the rent everything is included but in the winter when the bill of electricity and gas is up then £150 you have to share the difference. Contact me for more pics or any information.
