The house has loads of separate space for everyone to have their own room to retreat to, plus a big communal kitchen that flows out into the garden.
Bathroom is shared with one other housemate.
A bit about us: I’m Joe (34), the live-in landlord, been in Bristol about 4 years now. I work from home but I’m often away for work and travel, sometimes combining trips with time in my camper van.
The other housemate, Fraser (32), is an ambulance dispatcher. We’re both big into bikes and the outdoors generally!
Who we’re looking for: someone easygoing, clean and tidy, who’s happy doing their own thing but also up for being genuine mates - kitchen chats, the odd dinner or beer together, that kind of thing - without anyone feeling like they need to be around or step on each other’s toes. Independent, but friendly.
Rent is £700+ per month, plus bills. Quite flexible on length of tenancy - short lets considered as well as Monday to Friday options
