Hi, I'm moving out on October 4th and my double room will be available. You'll be living with one other person who is a good friend of mine and lovely to live with.
The bathroom, kitchen, and frontroom are shared spaces. We are looking for a cis woman or LQBTQ. Someone who is sociable but also respects and enjoys personal space, and also keeps things clean and tidy.
The bedframe and clothes rail are both available for £35 each but I can take them with me if you have furniture to move in.
You'll be living just off of Gloucester Road, near the little Waitrose, The Arches, and Montpelier Train station.
Me and my friend would like to meet you and you can have a look around the flat. Once a new tenant is confirmed, we will put you in contact with our landlord. They'll need your reference and a guarantor.
