Double Room in Bishopston/Gloucester Road

I am looking to replace myself in this lovely Gloucester Road flat! We are looking for someone to move in from the 5th of October
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household!

The location:
The flat is located on Gloucester Road by the arches. It's a great location with a lot to do in the surrounding area, very central whilst also not being very noisy as the room is located away from the roadside towards the back of the flat. Lots of shops/cafes/bars to choose from, and is a 15 minute walk from cabot circus.
Great bus links (70,71,72,73,74,75,76) and many more...!

The flat:
4 bed 2 level flat above the shop ran by the landlord. We have a big living room space which is great for having friends over. Kitchen is a little on the cosier side but it works for us and the space that it's in!
1 shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The flatmates:
Molly (23) is a maintenance person at the roman baths in Bath, Patryk (23) is an environmental engineer and Jack (24) is a games designer, so a lovely mix of professions. Everyone is very laid back and love a natter in the kitchen over cooking dinner but also respect each others space. You'll have the pleasure of meeting them if you come to take a look at the flat/room :)

The room:
£640 plus bills.
Cost with bills (gas/electric, council tax, wifi etc.) will come to around £750 all in.
This is paid on the 1st of each month.

Comes furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), a small and large chest of drawers and a clothing rail. It's slightly smaller than the other rooms, however this is reflected in the reduced rent, as you pay £30 less per month than the other tenants.

There is a deposit to be paid to the landlord of 1 months rent, if selected I will put you in contact with him to sort that out.

We are looking for a good fit for this room and someone who will get on with the rest of the house as well. Please let us know a little bit about yourself in your message :)
