Looking for a fourth housemate to join our friendly household of three professionals (25-29) in Ashley Down. You'll have your own en-suite in a furnished, big double room, sharing with three friends who already live together. Looking to meet someone by 27/09/2026
The house:
We are generally clean but the house can get messy at times
We are quite an active house, will cook together and play board games together, which you are welcome to get involved with
We're a pretty silly bunch and want to find someone who has a similar vibe
Mindful that we are professionals and the house has paper thin walls...
The room:
Furnished en-suite double room, good size
Garden with bike shed
Street parking, or space in the car park if available
The details:
Rent: £550 pcm
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
Bills: separate, approx. £120 pcm
Available from: 5th November
You'd be joining a joint tenancy with the three of us
We're hoping to have everything confirmed by 5th October, so keen to meet people ASAP!
