One room available in lovely Bishopston House

We have a room available in our lovely 4 bed property in Bishopston which we are due to move into on Thursday this week. We are a group of three girls currently, Jess, Scarlett and Gabby and we are all working professionals working in Law and Tax. We are 24-25 and ideally looking for another girl to join us. We are a really sociable bunch and enjoy spending lots of time together. We love to go for walks, try new restaurants, nights out and pub trips and just generally exploring Bristol.

We have lived together for 2 years and have had our fourth person drop out last minute due to personal circumstances so are looking to quickly fill the fourth room in our new house.

The rent is £725 per person per month with bills and council tax on top. As we have not yet made the move we are unable to confirm what the bills and council tax will be but we would suggest it will be approximately an additional £100 per person based on our previous experience with renting in Bristol.

The property is lovely and light and spacious, in Bishopston with a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, a shared living room and a lovely patio garden outside. There is parking on the road.
