Double Room near Gloucester Road

Hi! Me (Archie) and Elliot are looking for a new housemate to join us and move into a double room in our house just off Gloucester Road

Our current flatmate will be moving to London for work in December so will be looking to have someone ready for end November/start December

Students considered but professional would be ideal for council tax etc

Really nice house on a street just off Gloucester Road with parking on street, very spacious with garden and living room. We also pay for a cleaner who is scheduled every 2 weeks and like to keep things tidy.

We work full time, me in architecture, and Elliot in green energy, both very social, either at the pub, running, or watching tv in the lounge, so we are keen to have someone else who will join in!!

The room available is the front room, nice large double room with bay windows. Will be mostly unfurnished.
