Semi detached with large open plan kitchen/living area and a second living room. 60 foot garden. Situated on a quiet and friendly near street just a few minutes from the vibrant Gloucester Rd for local shops and cafes. The double room available has hardwood floors and is furnished with a wardrobe and double bed with side tables and desk. All mod cons including WiFi. We are a family of 4 with children away at uni so there are only 2 people living here currently. We are flexible on whether the room is rented on a Monday to Friday type rental or all week and flexible about short or long term, and term time only if required. Due to it being a family home, no overnight guests are allowed and it is only suitable for one person. We have a very friendly and well trained hypo-allergenic cockerpoo.
