Single room in large lovely house

Single room with wooden floorboards in a large 5 bed family home with eat in kitchen. Off street parking, large garden, two big bathrooms and lounge and kitchen diner. Wooden floorboards and shutters throughout. I love here with my teenage son and in holidays my adult daughters visit from uni too. We are a friendly house and very used to sharing the space with a tenant. We have lived with students and professionals who are, often working at the local hospitals which are both within easy reach. Flexible for short term or long term let. Happy to provide additional furniture for the room such as chest of drawers or wardrobe (last tenant had their own so room currently only has desk and bed but can provide more).
