Lovely big bedroom, with front bay window, in fab house. The house is detached, has loads of living space, a south facing garden and is on a quiet road with loads of free parking. It is between Gloucester Rd and Whiteladies Rd and close to Henleaze. It is walking distance to the centre, to Southmead Hospital and cycling distance to the MOD, UWE, Rolls Royce etc - there are cycle paths that take you that way.

The large kitchen diner has bi-folds opening out onto a big sunny garden. There's a great spacious living room with wood burning stove. It is a great house to live in, in a great area.

There's two of us so far and we are easy going, warm, welcoming and friendly. We are friends. We like to keep the place clean and tidy (I'm the live in landlady) though there is occasionally the odd pair of walking boots, trainers, dance shoes etc lurking about as we're active people.

There are all the usual mod cons (including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave) and the rent includes all bills from council tax to BT Broadband and TV Licence.

Transport: The house is a 2 minute walk from the nearest buses, from e scooters and e bikes. Its a 10-15 minute walk from loads of buses on Gloucester Road and at Waitrose (No 2 bus),
