The above video is from 2023 and has since had new furnishings which will show in an updated video I can post when my current Tennant vacates the annex .

New (7 months installed) washing machine, new computer desk which doubles up as a table.
Rent to include NO additional fees as Council tax or water rates but electricity used by the Tennant has to be paid to owner, rent to be paid in advance.

Professionals /students with references.

There will be a designated space in the garden by the Annex to use.
Annex only suitable for single occupancy.

Side gate to be used for gaining access and exiting the annex without going through the house.
The owner has two cockapoo dogs that sometimes play in the garden, Westward road is a stones throw from the A38 and bus routes, also very short distance to Bristol Airport.
On street parking but plenty of availability.
