I’m a 47 year old professional and a Dad! 😊 I live in the house alone, with my two children (13 & 11) staying with me every other weekend, and a couple of nights in the week.
Therefore, the house is very quiet the majority of the time, and changes to a more busy family home when the children are around! Having your own bedroom, bathroom and living room means you have plenty of your own space to use as you please.
It’s a beautiful home and lovely quiet space so you’ll need to be happy to live in this way!
