Hi folks,

Lovely shared house in South Bristol (Headley Park/Bedminster Down) with 1 comfortable single room downstairs that meets low budget needs ideal for short term contract workers, mature students and temporary stays.

House comes with a smart and tidy shared living-dining space, bathroom, large garden direct access and drive way parking, check out the pics!

Good location is 15 minutes drive from the city centre with good bus links (76 and M bus stops) 5 minutes walk from the house for all your work, study, commuting and travel needs, also situated on the bus route for Bristol airport.

Myself, I'm laid back and generally spend my time working, playing squash, or spending time with friends. I enjoy cooking and hanging out, or happy if you want your own space. I also have two cute cats valled 'Baba' and 'Ziki'for anyone allergic or doesn't like cats/pets. Sadly we say goodbye to Tomi, as she finishes her first year as a meducal student. You will also be sharing with Ross, quiet homely and good humoured.

Rental agreement is a minimum 3 months, although happy to discuss. All bills are included with broadband, this is a bargain!
