Small double room available in South Bristol

Hello! Charlie and I are looking to find a new housemate for our peaceful and unique living space in South Bristol.

The small double room is available now and needs to be filled by March 8th when rent is due.

£575 per month, bills included.

The house is a beautiful 1830s neo-Norman stonebuilding, which is part of St. Peter's Church in Bishopsworth. Lots of original features: windows, fireplaces, staircase. Basically no direct neighbours apart from a set of community buildings that are used for occasional church gatherings. (Full disclosure - you will occasionally hear the choir on a Friday night.) Lots of space for three - dining room, living room, separate kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms.

You'll be sharing with just me and Charlie. I currently work for a production and events company with irregular/long hours. Besides that I also run a record label and love to go to the gym across the road. Charlie works a 9-5 in town and loves cooking and travel.

Socially, we like to have a debrief after work or when cooking but totally respect alone time and personal space. I hope you'd find us to be very considerate and tidy housemates.
