This is a Monday-to-Friday only arrangement, perfect for someone working in Bristol during the week who travels home for the weekends.

The Space: Comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Shared use of a modern family bathroom, kitchen, and enclosed rear garden.

Free parking available (carport/garage access can be discussed for tool storage if you are in the trades).

You will be sharing with the live-in landlord (a friendly professional working in the renovation trade).
The house is quiet, tidy, and relaxed during the week. As a Monday-to-Friday let, the property is fully yours to enjoy after work, but you will need to vacate by Friday evening as my young children stay over on weekends.
