I am a young professional who owns this property and am looking for a long term lodger.
The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen. The entire house is furnished and the garden is fully kitted out; this includes access to the hot tub!
There is plenty storage in your double bedroom, both in cupboards and also under the ottoman bed.
Before I accept you as a lodger I will ask that we meet in person first to complete an interview. This is mainly to check we are compatible as I am looking for a long term (year plus) lodger.
