The bus stop is right outside the front of the house which will take you to Temple Meads in 10 minutes and the city centre in 15-20 minutes. The House has a paved back garden with table & chairs, there is a bike rail at the front garden and on-street parking.

The property has been renovated to an exceptional standard with a brand new kitchen, living room and a bathroom on each floor. The large kitchen has an island and opens up to the dining area with bifolding doors opening out to the garden.

There are 5 females ranging from 23-30 who currently live here, they are all friendly, like cooking and they like to keep the place clean and tidy. They are all working professionals from a variety of professions from nursing to marketing. Two of them are currently working from home, and three of them do various hours during the week.

It is a really friendly and relaxed environment for mature professionals looking for their next home.
