Four double rooms available in lovely Victorian terrace house. The house is conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Sandy Park Road where there are a number of cafes, shops, green grocer, bakery, deli etc. There is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket 10 minutes walk away as well as near by pubs, retail shops, gym, cinema and lovely parks and woodlands.

The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away with regular buses to the city centre- Temple Meads is only 10 mins away on the bus. There are also regular buses towards Bath and Keynsham. For car owners, there are plenty of free on road parking available in the area, no permits are needed.

Bedroom One (labelled in photos) is the master upstairs bedroom and is £630 per month. It includes a bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside table, desk, chair, shelves, curtains and has a wooden floor.

Bedroom Two is a large downstairs double, £610 per month. It includes a bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside table, desk, chair, curtains and has a wooden floor.

Bedroom Three is an upstairs double room, £590 per month. It includes a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, bedside drawers, curtains and has wooden floorboards.

Bedroom Four is an upstairs double room, £570 per month and includes a bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawer, curtains and is carpeted.

The shared spaces include a kitchen/ diner including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extra fridge and microwave. Lounge with tv. Upstairs bathroom, separate wc and shower room downstairs and patio garden.

Bills are not included, but come to around £110 per month per person. The house is council tax band C.

We realise who you you live with is really important, so are keen to create a friendly home and find a group of professionals who may have similar interests and are of a similar age to join the house. There are only four rooms in the house, along with the communal lounge and dining area, which we feel creates a homely feel, compared to some larger hmo set ups.

Deposit one months rent. Sorry, the room is not available to couples. The house has an HMO license which only allows 4 sharers. Employment and previous landlord reference will be required.
