Furnished double room available Live in Landlady

Lovely house (available September1 2026) with off road parking, garden, shed. Double, furnished room. Upstairs bathroom and extra downstairs toilet. Nice kitchen and living room. You would be sharing with landlady. I am a singer and work as a Therapist and Tai Chi and Qigong teacher. I'm easy going but like a clean house ( not clinical!). I have one small, lovely happy dog. I am close to all amenities and a good bus route. Close to Temple Meads train station but also ten minutes by car into the countryside, twenty minutes from the Centre in one direction and Bath in the other. It's nice and quiet here. A short walk will take you to Sandy Park where there are some decent food shops, deli and cafes. The cinema is within walking distance and also supermarkets. I would like a lodger who gets on with their own thing but is open and reasonably sociable when we are in the same room! I enjoy good conversation and sometimes share cooking ...or not. I am generally very busy and need a clean house. I am relaxed and have a wide scope of interests. . I look forward to hearing from you!
P. S If you smoke it would have to be strictly outside (in the garden is fine)😊
