Double room in calm, comfy house - short-mid term

Hi there! I have a spare double room in my house in Brislington.

I'm Louise (38, live-in-landlord). Seeking a lovely lodger, 30 years+.

I'm a sociable person and often up for chat and a cuppa. I'm usually away a few nights a week so you'd have plenty of space.

The room is a bright double, small-ish in size but with gigantic built in wardrobe. Loads of storage! And room for a small desk if you want to bring one.

Downstairs is fairly open plan with a living room-dining room and a separate galley kitchen.

I work from home 2 days a week.

Location: 5 minute walk from Sandy Park Road where there's a deli, green grocers, post office and a couple of cafes. Great green spaces on the doorstep: Nightingale Valley and Brislington Meadows.

There two bus within 5 mins so easy to get to Temple Meads, the bus station, and to Bath. On-street parking is easy too.
