Double room in Brislington - short or mid term

Hi there! I have a spare double room in my house in Brislington.

I'm Louise (37, live-in-landlord). Seeking a lovely lodger, 30 years+ to share the space.

I'm a sociable person so usually up for chats/tea/telly/meals when it suits. It's a fairly calm house and I'm often out and about - visiting friends, going to gigs or playing tennis.

The room is a bright double, small-ish size but has a gigantic built in wardrobe. Loads of storage! And room for a small desk etc.

Downstairs is fairly open plan with a living room- dining room and a separate galley kitchen.

I work from home two days a week.

Location: 5 minute walk from Sandy Park Road where there's a deli, green grocers, post office and a couple of cafes. Great green spaces on the doorstep: Nightingale Valley and Brislington Meadow.

There two bus within 5 mins so easy to get to Temple Meads, the bus station, and to Bath. On-street parking is easy too.
