My name is Aaron, I have recently purchased my own flat and am looking at renting my spare room. I am quiet, clean and tidy, I don’t drink or party and would be looking for someone similar. Ideally I would be looking for short term lets but could be persuaded for a longer term let for the right person. Only looking to let to professionals, no students or couples. No smokers/vapers or drug users of any kind.

The flat is a ground floor flat in a new development, with good access to the city centre and north Bristol via the M1 bus route with the closest stop a 5 minute walk away. The flat is within walking distance of the Bottle Yard studios. The room is furnished with access to your own bathroom.
