One bedroom Victorian house for short term let

Whole house recently refurbished in Brislington / St Anne's area for short term let.

My partner and I are out of the country for 6 weeks, from 30th August - 11th October and are looking to rent out our house whilst we are away. It is a furnished Victorian terrace with a garden and free on road parking. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, and a bathroom with shower and bath. The bedroom is a double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, desk and chest of drawers overlooking the garden. We can provide a clothes rail if required.

We are a 10-minute cycle from Bristol Temple Meads, or 15 minutes from Queens Square. There is also a direct bus from the bottom of our road to the city centre and Clifton.

There is a great local pub and Lost and Grounded brewery both a couple of minutes’ walk, and you have the amenities of Sandy Park high street, Church Road and Avon Meads retail park all within a 15 minute walk away including café’s, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, supermarkets, cinema etc.

We are located on a quiet and friendly road close to lots of open green space. You can walk along the river to Beesees in the spring / summer, the riverside pubs in Hanham and on to Bath. You have St Annes Woods at the end of the road along with Nightingale Valley as well as the nearby St Annes Park, Netham Park and St Georges Park.

We are open to a couple or one person who is clean and tidy, non-smokers and no pets, and will treat our house like their own taking care of it whilst we are away.

We are renting it out for below the market rate to make sure we get the right people in to take care of it for us.

£250 per week including all bills (council tax, water, internet, gas and electricity, Netflix and Amazon Prime), plus a deposit of £500.

References are required.
