1 double bedroom is available in a 2 bedroom semi-furnished house-share with one other female.

It is a semi-detached house in Brislington, with a big garden and cute vibe.

I am looking for someone to rent the house as a short term let in September and October 2026 only.

There is one tenant who currently lives there, she is 30, a professional working 9-5, M-F. Interests include: gardening, cooking, crafts and gigs.

The house is semi-furnished and has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway, driveway and garden. The big garden is one of the main attractions of the house. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway (the tenant currently takes up one of the spots). The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the house is.

Brislington itself is a nice place to live with lots of green spaces, parks and walks, with the high street Sandy Park Road only being a 5 min walk away.

The room will be rented for £600 per month (bills not included) and will be available from 1st September until 31st October. Please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing.
