1 double bedroom is available in a semi-furnished house-share with one other female.

It is a semi-detached house in Brislington, with a big garden and cute vibe.

The current tenant Zoe will be staying and is looking for someone who she can live happily with. She is 30, a professional working 9-5, M-F. Interests include: gardening, cooking, crafts and gigs.

The house is semi-furnished and has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway, driveway and garden. The big garden is one of the main attractions of the house, and Zoe is a keen gardener. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway (Zoe takes up one of the spots). The bedroom is not furnished.

Brislington itself is a nice place to live with lots of green spaces, parks and walks, with the high street Sandy Park Road only being a 5 min walk away.

The room will be rented for £600 per month (bills not included) and will be available from 1st August 2026. Please let me know if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing.

Full time working from home is not preferred as it is a small house but part time working from home is up for discussion. Zoe tends to work from home once a week but we have found when there is overlap it can get a bit cramped.
