Double room in the lovely St Anne's,

15 min walk from St George/church road* *easy to get to temple Meads

Looking for a nice flatmate to share my space with. It's a a small double room with some storage space under bed and in/above the wardrobe, with some space at the end of the bed to add anything extra for 600 bills included. It suits someone that doesn't mind a smaller room and instead your preference is having a nice chilled/ flatshare experience over the room size.

I understand people's personal space needs and having busy lives, I'm independant but I also want the flat to be a shared space so it suits someone that can use the lounge and I'm up for cooking for each other occasionally.

Bit about me: I'm 34 years old and I've been in Bristol for about 14 years. I work in mental health and I also cut hair (barber). I'm sociable, into music, sport and excercise.

About you: preferably you will be a working professional , clean/tidy, and prefer your home life to be a nice relaxing space, and your work schedule is mainly not working from home.

The area is nice and quiet, just by the river with a community sauna nearby, padel courts, Co op for shopping and a couple of cafes and take aways. It's only a short drive or 15 minute cycle to the centre.
