Calling all home deprived folks of Bristol! We're on the lookout for a lovely new housemate for a medium double room in St. Anne's (North Brislington).

Myself (Will) and my good friends Ella and Joe have a four bedroom maisonette flat and are looking for a new housemate to join us! The room is available from the 13th of June so we are keen to find someone ASAP.

The homestead...
Our home is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom 😍 flat in St. Annes, North Brislington (BS4), with a Kitchen living room combo. It's a pretty quiet area but it isn’t too far from the action, it's got everything you need, is right next to absolutely beautiful green spaces and still only 10 mins cycle to temple meads or 15 mins walk to Church road/st. George high street. 40 mins by the current bus route into town. There's a big Co-op just across the road and the Avon is just a minute walk away! Oh and new bonus, there's a bakery downstairs, so look forward to waking up to the smell of fresh bread! The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, a Lounge kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bike storage downstairs. The flat is modern, warm, dry and recently refurbished, that means, it's well insulated, has fully functioning heating and hot water and double glazing.

The room is a medium double with space for a desk and wardrobe. It's unfurnished but Chris, who's moving out, is selling his double bed and maybe some more bits!

It's £590 a month and all bills are between £80-90 a month. Cheap as it's a maisonette!

About you....

Our ideal flatmate would be a kind, friendly, non-judgemental, tolerant type who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone we can be friends with and consider their household a bit like an extended family. The kind of person who'd be up for chilling with a film or board game, hiking up a mountain or just lazing by the river on a sleepy Sunday afternoon. Our house is our home so we want someone who will treat it that way. We’re pretty clean but someone who has OCD might struggle. We appreciate open communication and are all approachable for a conversation if any niggles did arise.

It would be good to have someone of a similar age to us 25- 40 but we're not too fussed as long as you're emotionally mature and can look after yourself and help keep the house clean. As for what you're into, tell us we're interested!

Who you'll be living with...

All of us are working professionals, I’m in my mid 20s and Ella in her late 20’s and Joe in his 30s. We all enjoy hanging out together and going out at the weekends, but our days of having regular flat parties are over. Its chilled vibes at home, with the occasional friend staying over. We’re all pretty music oriented, enjoy wild swimming, and getting out for adventures in nature and being creative. We also know how to give each other our space and just get on with our own things/take time to ourselves when we need to.

We all work out of the house and so it would suit anyone working form home or otherwise!!

Joe is a builder by day and DJ by night (mostly funk, soul, hip-hop, disco, reggae and world music, but I have very eclectic tastes in casual listening).
Ella works as a carpenter and likes having picnics up troopers Hill, watering her many house plants or going town with her mates.
Will is a Barista in town, is in a band and ACappella group and into running/cycling at the moment!

Although we all love our music we keep things quiet after 10pm during the week as we've got to be up for work.

The details...

The rent was through a letting agent but the landlords like us so they've got rid of them, wahoo!
If we choose you we'll need your full name, job title and salary and you'll need to be willing for the landlord to check your income etc. and be able to pay a security deposit of 575 and have enough left over to pay the first month's rent.

Sadly no students. We also can't take pets unfortunately although we'd love to and if you smoke you'll need to do it outside not just leaning out the window.

Can't wait to hear from you guys!

Drop us a message and include your favourite dinosaur so we know you've read the ad ;)

Cheers now!

Will, Joe and Ella.
