Gorgeous bright double room to let in a lovely shared home in Brislington. Available now until minimum end of July with potential to extend to the end of August.

The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and desk. There is a fully equipped kitchen and good sized shared bathroom. As well as a separate living room. Nice garden with washing line, table and chairs, and a bbq for the summer.

This terraced house is based in a lovely community, just a 10 minute bus ride from Temple Meads, or a 15 minute cycle into the centre. There is plenty of street parking if you drive.

Bills are not included with the rent price but tend to cost about £110 per month.

You will be sharing with three young professionals: Kiannah (F), Sam (M) and Charlie (F), we are aged 23-25, we all enjoy cooking and often spend time together in the evenings/at the weekends. Our ideal housemate is someone who is looking for sociable household rather than just renting a room.

Not open to couples nor suitable for pets :(
