Single or 3/4 double room in Brislington

Hi, we are looking for someone to join our lovely house in Brislington by the 1st of August as our housemate is moving in with their partner. The room is already empty so move in date is flexible. We have a huge garden that she likes to take care of so we’re really hoping for someone who would be happy to take it over. It’s great for planting veggies and beautiful flowers!!

The property:
Rent £500 per month (bills included and £500 deposit in a protection scheme). Single room (landlord is open to putting in a 3/4 double if you prefer), furnished with an ottoman bed, mattress, drawers, bedside table and cupboard. The house is super close to Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve and Beeses pub! Number 1 bus route at the end of the road and a double drive for off-street parking, has a spacious garden, and has dishwasher/tumble dryer. DSS accepted.

Current housemates are myself, Summer (25, policy advisor for the civil service), Amelia (23, photographer), and Kelsey (24, works at a pottery barn). I'm into dancing, wild swimming and reading. Amelia is into travelling, being outdoors and listening to music. Kelsey looovees making coffee (obsessed), reading and watching films. Amelia and I have hybrid jobs but work predominantly from home and are in and out in the evenings.

Occupant:
Looking for girls/gays/theys only please, around 25-35. Preferably looking for someone who like to garden, is clean and tidy, doesn't work from home full time, and appreciates a calm house. We're sociable and like to binge reality TV together but also appreciate our own peace and quiet.
