Double room with bills and cleaner included

Hello! My partner and I have a spare room to rent in our house in Brislington from early August. It's a part furnished room (double bed, mattress, split wardrobe, desk and chair, mirror) that overlooks the garden. There are just two of us living here (with our cat) so it's a nice small household. We have an en suite so rarely use the main bathroom next to the lodger's room.

The house is on a quiet residential street so there is plenty of parking, a sizeable garden, we're on the X39 bus route and you can store a bike if you prefer the 15 minute cycle into town.

The room is £900 including all bills (this includes council tax) and a weekly cleaner. We're open to a Monday to Friday arrangement on a reduced rate too.

I work from home a couple of times a week and my partner works on site. We are fairly busy people who usually stick to our routines but we'd love to live with someone kind, friendly and respectful. It'd be lovely to be able to chat in the kitchen, watching films from time to time or chill in the garden together (we have a pizza oven....).
