It is a 2 bedroom flat located on Bath Road, with the master bedroom available for rent. The flat has a large living/dining room, recently refurbished kitchen and a shared bathroom with shower. There are great views of the adjacent Arnos Court Park.

Location & Transport

There are excellent transport connections to Bristol City Center and Bath. The X39, 39, 522, 42 and 1 buses all stop outside serving the city center, Bristol Temple Meads station and some running to Bath and University of Bristol.

I am quiet person who spends his time cooking and in the outdoors. On weekends I mostly go Mountain Biking and Climbing, with occasional surfing and kayaking trips. I work at a Architectural Practice, working from home 2 days a week.

Looking to create a calm, shared, respectful shared space. Ideally with another professional who works out of the home at least 3 days a week.
