Bright double room in lovely househsare

I'm looking for a person to replace me as I'm leaving the property in August around August 19th.

About the house:

Rent for the room is £525 not including bills and is officially available from the 27th of August, although my room should be emptied by the 19th/20th.
Council tax is £176/month split between the the three of us. There's also water, gas, electric and wifi bills.

The room is a large and bright downstairs front room.
There is still a shared living space which is semi open plan and connected to the kitchen. There we have a dining table, sofa, projector and lots of plants.
There is a large garden, which can be accessed from the back. There's a bike shed and another storage shed, plus a small pond, veg patches and some herbs growing in the garden.
Also included with the house are a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The main bathroom is upstairs, but there is a little downstairs toilet too.

About the housemates:

Julia (27) works in costume design and as a freelance graphic designer. She loves spending time outdoors, baking sourdough,

Margi (26) is a project manager, loves baking and board games. She has a little tortoise called Jeremy and and a cute cat called Tima who's super friendly and loves cuddles.

The room comes unfurnished, but as I'm leaving the country I will be selling my furniture if you need it, which includes a chest of draws, wardrobe, bed side table, sit/stand herman miller desk, double bed and double mattress, bulk shelf and lamps.
