I have for rent a double bedroom on the ground floor. The rent is currently £500 which is inclusive of bills capped at £200pm). The rent is reduced due to work being done to the property. It is being renovated. The rent will only stay at £500 for 3 months (or until kitchen is completed) when it will increase to £800pm. If you are interested please let me know.
