Description - Two unfurnished double rooms available in a recently refurbished 4-bed Brislington terraced house on Sandy Park Road. We are looking for either two sharers (one in the larger room, the other in the smaller attic room) or one couple (both in the larger room). We are open to either situation and would adjust the rent accordingly. The house is spacious, cosy and bright throughout and has easy links to the city centre with a large Sainsbury just around the corner. Arnos Vale Cemetery and Nightingale Valley are both easily accessible from the property and great for nature walks.

We're working professionals who have lived in the property for around a year and a half now. We're both very friendly and enjoy quiet relaxed activities such hanging out doing arts and crafts together in front of the TV (we're currently making our way through re-watching Merlin & Ghosts on iPlayer).
