Double room available from the 25th of October – come live with us!

The house:
Double room in a spacious and light four-bed house, in Brislington. End of terrace. Four bedrooms. Nice big upstairs bathroom - massive shower, free-standing bath. Big living room. Big light kitchen (dishwasher) and dining room. Utility room (washer and tumble dryer) with downstairs loo. Courtyard garden with patio. Massive double garage. Front garden with bin storage. We also have a cat!

The area:
Around the corner from Sandy Park road with lots of shops, cafes, fast food, post office, etc. Big supermarket (Sainsbury’s) 10 mins walk away. Excellent bus links. Easy on-street parking. Lovely Arnos Vale and Nightingale Valley very close. Totterdown 20 mins walk away.

The housemates:
Three of us currently live here – looking for a fourth: two gentle males (both called Gabe!), and one lovely female, Rebekah. Gabe 1: a web developer, excellent guitarist, avid reader and loves to cook. Gabe 2: works at We The Curious, is an aspiring writer (recently finished a creative writing MA), and loves to cook. Rebekah: an outreach worker for the homeless community, also an avid reader, and also loves to cook!
We’re all very friendly, enjoy spending the odd meal together, movie night and trip to the pub. All professions. Creative, outdoorsy, fun. Queer safe environment.

The new housemate:
Looking for a professional – sorry, no students. DSS accepted. Someone tidy and considerate of others. Someone interested in making the house a home. Someone friendly. (Sorry, no further pets)

The money:
Monthly rent of £588.97. This INCLUDES council tax (which is why it’s a funny number). The rest of the bills (including wifi) total £60-ish.
