Hi, I am moving out of my room in our house in Paintworks at the end of the year and I need someone to take my place from around the 1st January onwards.
You will be living with 3 girls, all professionals in their 20s.
It’s a lovely, bright house with a shared kitchen, living room, and garden. You will share the bathroom with 2 others. We also have 2 parking spaces in the secure covered car park and currently none of the other housemates have a car.
Paintworks is a quiet, friendly area with lots of amenities within a 10 minute walk including Lidl, Sainsburys, the Gym group, Boots and a cinema.
The rent is £458 a month for this room and we currently pay £145 to the landlord for the bills (other than wifi which comes to about £8 each a month).
