Cosy Double Room for Rent

Hellooo,

I am Jade, I am moving out on the 22nd of December I am going back to Wales to be with my family.

There is a lovely, cosy room available to rent with my 2 female house mates.

Amira is a mental health nurse, who works a variety of shifts including days and nights. Shes a nuturing, caring person, a plant muma, the house is full of wonderful plants. She loves going out and being social with her friends and dancing.

Charley is in uni finishing her Mental Health degree and working so she is a busy bee but always smiley and chirpy! She is a feeder!! Haha! she loves to share and make lots of beautiful foods! Shes a great listener and caring person.

They both enjoy being social but also appreciate their down time to as you can imagine they are busy looking after everyone! They are very supportive people and great at chatting and having nice dinners together when schedules align.

The rent is £550 per month. I will have paid till the 3rd of January this is when the rent is due. Bills on top bring the price to around £700 per month ( I will do some calculations to get precise amounts).

The room will be unfurnished and I will repaint it and freshen it up before I leave. Its cosy but still enough room for double bed, desk, draws etc. It gets loads of wonderful natural light and there's enough space for working out or yoga-ing. And also an unusual large amount of plug sockets haha!

The house is very big. A cosy living room, a nice bright dining room, big kitchen space, a downstairs toilet, a utility room and a big bathroom with a nice big shower with good pressure - one of the best things is the amazing bath tub! Theres a lovely big garden with grassy area, paved decking and sheds.

We also have washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x fridge freezers and a well stocked spice rack :)

Its such a beautiful house and wonderful house mates, I am sad to leave but ready for a new chapter!
