Small double room in a friendly, terraced house on a great street with plenty of downstairs space, a garden and a sweet cat.
There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a downstairs toilet, a kitchen diner and two lounges (one small) downstairs.
This place would suit a calm and tidy female who goes out to work in the daytime.
Sandy Park Road has cafes and independent shops plus Sainsburys and Lidl are nearby. It’s very easy to get into Bristol…3 stops on various buses to Temple Meads station, a cycle path along the river, or a 35 minute walk.
The number 1 bus goes through Bristol City Centre then up to the Downs and Southmead hospital.
There are lovely woods and parks close by.
