I'm Kat, 47y/o, a live-in landlord, gardener and florist. I'm into the outdoors, yoga, meditation, art, exercise, dancing. I use home for downtime and looking for another friendly, independent person wanting a quiet, peaceful base for 3+ months. I usually do short term but open to longer if it works out :)

The room: a small, furnished double with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers in a quiet cul-de-sac. There's room outside for a bike and loft access for bulky suitcases etc. Rent includes all bills.

About the house: It’s a quiet, friendly, peaceful home, the opposite end to a party house - we have our own interests and generally go out to socialise but cook together from time to time and catch up about our days. We try to create minimal waste, recycle and re-use water on the garden etc so looking for someone who genuinely cares and is up for this too.

Location: Bishopsworth, just opposite the library and 3 min walk from local shops, 25 min cycle to town, 5/10 min cycle to Southville and 15 minute drive to the airport. There's a bus that goes directly to Bristol centre at the end of the road and the airport bus is a short walk away + electric scooter parking a couple of mins away. The area is BS13 Bishopsworth - please check the location works for you before messaging.
