1 or 2 nights per week.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and friendly non-smoking woman who needs a comfortable room in Bristol on a regular part-time basis – perhaps for work or study stays in the city.

The room is in a spacious detached Victorian house in Bishopston, on a quiet tree-lined street just off Gloucester Road. It would suit someone looking for a pleasant, relaxed and convenient part time home-from-home.
You would be sharing with another housemate and a live-in landlord. We are friendly and sociable, but there is no expectation to join in with household activities or shared meals unless you wish. We appreciate someone who is considerate of the home and happy to have an occasional chat, whilst otherwise coming and going independently.

- The room
A large bright double room. It is furnished with comfortable double bed, desk for working, plenty of shelves, a double wardrobe and other storage space. You can leave any belongings in the room in between stays.

- Facilities
The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable, retaining lots of its original Victorian character while being modernised to feel clean, bright and welcoming.

House is on residential street close to Gloucester Road, with its excellent shops, cafés and restaurants, is just a short walk away. Perfect for commuting.
Buses run nearby every few minutes to the city centre or 25 min walk / 10 min cycle ride. We have secure covered bike storage. Good connections to Bristol University, UWE, both hospitals and other large employers.

Excellent access from outside Bristol too. A short drive to the M32 connecting to the national motorway network. Unrestricted on-street parking outside. Regular bus links to Bristol Temple Meads and Parkway train stations.

1 night per week £25, 2 nights £50. Weekdays or weekends.
