If you need a room only for a few weeks, it is fine with me.
I am looking for a clean, responsible and friendly lodger.

I am an accountant and I work from home full-time atm.

The room will suit someone who does not WFH (or very limited wfh) and it is entirely independent.
I am looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. I bought this flat very recently, so it will suit someone mindful of communal areas and respectful of furniture.
A deposit is requested as well as references and a passport.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city. The apartment which is less than a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads Train Station enjoys an abundance of attractions on its doorstep including the Harbourside, Cabot Circus and Park Street which all have an eclectic range of shops, bars, and restaurants. Further attractions include Wapping Wharf Food Quarter, Bristol Old Vic and the Hippodrome.

Bike storage is available.

I will be travelling in spring and summer, and many weekends and so you will have the place for yourself.
