There are two bathrooms in the property and which have been recently refurbished so no worries on that account.
There is a sunny well maintained private garden with a lovely patio.
Bills are included: council tax, gas, electricity, water, high speed broadband/wifi.
Modern things like double glazing and central heating and hot water throughout means the property is warmer during the damp and cold winters.
It is a 10 minutes walk from the busy areas of Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road with a mix of shops, cinemas, lovely restaurants/cafes, museums and galleries, and regular transport facilities.
It is 5 minutes walk to Redland British Rail train station directly to central Temple Meads train station and regular bus service to city centre and national coach services.
Please note the maximum length of stay is 9 months but there is some flexibility on this,
