I have 1 double bedroom available to rent (in a shared house) for £600 pcm.
All bills included. £600 deposit on securing the room. BS5, just behind Cabot circus.

Room available early August (3rd) - previous housemate is moving out to go travelling ✈️ The contract is normally 6 months initially and rolling monthly thereafter. However, will accept shorter term this time as it suits my current situation.

Potentially open to a cat owner on negotiation.

• Back bedroom (~4.0m x 2.4m)
• Window looks out onto the garden 🌿
• Currently unfurnished, but some furnishings could be provided on negotiation 🛏

• Live in landlord, but travel a lot at the moment (on a bit of a gap year).
• Former nuclear engineer and Manchester Uni physics graduate.
• Active and outdoorsy - I like climbing, surfing, skiing, cycling, running, yoga etc. etc.
• Homely and indoorsy - Also very happy to chill and socialise indoors by cooking or bingeing on the TV / games too!
• Clean bean - I do like a clean and tidy house, not OCD levels, I just like the basics done regularly.
• Sociable but also enjoy my own space.♟🎮
