I'm moving out early so I need someone to take over my student room rental (en-suite bedroom with own bathroom) at Chantry Court (managed by Unite Students) in Bristol city centre. Available from immediately (allowing a few days for formalities) to 26 Aug 2023, fixed term. Perfect for (interim) rental for the remainder of the school term while looking for a long-term accommodation.

Only available to postgraduate students studying at the University of Bristol, due to the specific target tenant of the property set by the university. All bills included, and no council tax payable due to student property.

The en-suite is located right at the Bristol city centre, around 5-10 minutes' walk from the university campus. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes right at the doorstep of the property. The en-suite is on the 3rd floor facing back alleyways, away from traffic noise. The en-suite comes with single bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk, and its own toilet, wash basin and shower.

Kitchen equipped with 4-burner electric hob, oven, microwave and two fridges, overall in workable conditions for daily use. Shared with 3 other female postgraduates, who are reasonably accommodating and usually use the kitchen one at a time.

Access by keycard. 24-hour reception, with secured access to the building. Comes with own mailbox and parcel notification system.
